Player Agreement
What does accepting this agreement mean?
The relationship between you and Sault Ste. Marie Casino is set by this Player Agreement. By registering or placing any wager, you accept it in its entirety, along with our Promotion Terms, Privacy Policy and About Cookies page. Should any part of it be unacceptable to you, you must refrain from using the site.
What conduct is not allowed?
- Using another person's identity, card or payment account.
- Colluding with fellow players at Live Casino tables, including sharing information with them.
- Relying on automated tools, such as bots or scripts, to wager or play for you.
- Taking advantage of a software error rather than reporting it to us.
- Using the site for fraud, money laundering or another illegal purpose.
- Abusive or threatening language toward our team.
Where any of this is found, we may hold back winnings tied to the conduct, limit or close the account, and share details with the authorities when the law requires it.
How far does our liability go?
We provide the site and its games as is, without guarantees. We accept no responsibility for:
- Losses from internet, device or power failures outside our control.
- Losses caused by someone using your login details.
- Indirect loss, for example lost profit or a missed opportunity.
Should liability be established against us, any payment will not exceed the stake you placed on the relevant play. Nothing in this clause limits a protection that Canadian law forbids us to exclude.
Ownership of Site Content
We or our licensors own the Sault Ste. Marie Casino name, logos, design, text and graphics. The games are the property of their providers. You may use this content solely to play on our site, and copying or reusing it needs our written permission.
How are game results produced, and what if a game malfunctions?
- Rules and payout tables for every title are in the game's info screen in the Lobby. Please read them before you play.
- In RNG games, including slots and Jackpots, each result comes from a random number generator.
- Every Live Casino round is run by a real dealer on camera, and the result captured by the studio is final.
- Any play or payout made while a malfunction is happening is void. Stakes on rounds cancelled for this reason go back to your balance.
- Where the game record and the screen differ, the game record applies.
Who can play?
- Play here is limited to adults who have turned 19.
- Access is limited to people physically in Canada, and only in parts of the country where local rules make online casino gaming lawful.
- Accounts can be opened only where local rules make registration lawful. We follow Canadian standards for age checks, identity checks and the prevention of money laundering.
- Players under a self-exclusion with us cannot open a new account.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
Balances, stakes and payments on your account are all handled in Canadian dollars (CAD). Before any deposit can be accepted, we verify your identity and check where you are playing. The Verification and AML page explains the full process.

How do bonuses fit in?
Welcome offers, Promotions, VIP Club perks and Sault Ste. Marie Rewards benefits are governed by our Promotion Terms. On any bonus matter, the Promotion Terms take priority over this agreement.
How do I raise a complaint?
To report a problem, email [email protected]. In your message, give us your account username, when the issue first appeared (the date and exact time) and a short outline of what went wrong. Screenshots help us a great deal, so attach them where you can. Our team will investigate and reply by email with the outcome.
How many accounts can I have?
- One account per person.
- To open an account, we need an email address, your legal name, your residential address and your birth date.
- Your details must be correct and kept up to date.
- Duplicate accounts are shut, and bonuses and winnings on them are void.
- Keep your password private. Should you suspect it has been used by anyone else, notify us immediately.
Can this agreement change?
We revise this agreement when our services or the applicable legal requirements change. Each revision binds you from its publication on this page, and playing on after that point counts as acceptance.
Which laws apply?
The laws of Ontario, along with the federal laws of Canada applicable there, govern how this agreement is interpreted.
